3 2. Translate the following passage into Turkish. The Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival is one of the most well-known festivals in Europe and Asia, and one of the oldest and longest running film festivals in Turkey. The concerts and plays which started to be organized at the historical Aspendos Amphitheatre in the mid-1950s constitute the keystone of the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. Great attention was paid by the public to these spectacles, which were held during the summer months every year. They became a tradition and continued in a lively atmosphere until the beginning of the 1960s. The late Dr. Avni Tolunay, who also served as a mayor of Antalya, introduced film showings, turning it into the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. The main aim of the festival was determined as being to support the sector of Turkish cinema in material and moral terms, to allow Turkish cinema to be opened to the international platform by encouraging Turkish film producers to make good quality movies. The international jury of the festival is formed of nine celebrities from the world of cinema and art. These nine jury members must not be directly associated with a production or have financial links with a film in the competition. In addition, there is a jury of seven cinema experts to advise the jury in all three film categories. The Golden Orange Feature Film Award was soon called the Turkish Oscar following the enthusiasm created in the world of cinema. 7 3. Translate the following passage into English. İstanbul da toplu taşıma 1869 da Osmanlı İmparatorluğu başkentine tramvay sistemi inşası kontratına kadar uzanır. Bu anlaşmayla Konstantin Efendi kırk yıllığına kentin toplu taşımasının işletme izni elde etti. Dört hatta atlı tramvayın başlaması 1871 deydi. Ilk yılında atlı arabalar 4.5 milyon yolcu taşıdı. Atlı arabalar 1912 de kullanımdan kalktı ve 1914 te tramvay hattı elektriklendirilmişti. Tramvay Istanbul un Anadolu yakasında Uskudar, Kısıklı arasında 1928 te başladı. Tunel, Londra Metrosunun ardından dünyanın ikinci eski metrosudur ve 1874 te kullanıma açılmıştır. Banliyo yolcu treni hattı kentin Avrupa yakasına 1872 de inşa edilmişti. Vapur, İstanbul gibi Boğazla ikiye yakaya ayrılmış ve etrafı denizle çevrilmiş bir kentte en eski ulaşım biçimlerinden biridir. Britanya ve Ruslar Boğazda çalışmaya başlayan gemilerin sahipleriydi a kadar gemiler ithal ediliyordu, sonraları vapurlar Haliç teki tersanelerde inşa ediliyordu. Otobüsle toplu taşıma İstanbul da 1926 da başladı ve 1960 da otobüs filosu 525 araca çıktı. Bugün, İstanbul, bilinen tüm toplu taşıma formlarını kulanan bir muhteşem bir ulaşım sistemine sahiptir.
